| If you have filled out our online request form or have contact us with your proposal you are our client. We discuss the project with
our client usually through e-mail. We make sure we understand who the target
audience is, what the site should accomplish, what kind of technology the
site should use, etc. Then we prepare a proposal that explains in detail
what we will do, how much it will cost, what we will require from the client.
After you have given us the necessary documents (this generally consists
of such things as company logos, any particular photos or images the client
wishes placed on the site, text the client wants to use on the site, etc.),
we build an initial design. Then we have you inspect the design and tell
us if you like it, don't like it, or if there are specific attributes that
should be changed. When you approve an initial design, you send deposit,
which covers the first half of the total cost of the site and we build the
site. When you approve the completed site and contents, the second half
of the contract price is paid and the site goes live. |
